Instructions: Valley Energy provides each customer the ability to access their own account information including the following:
- Billing address
- Account ageing, date and amount of last payments, etc.
- Delivery address
- Delivery information including tank size, product, etc.
- Pricing information
- Invoice & Statement settings
- Budget information
- Equipment information (if any)
- Transaction history
Setup Your Western NY Fuel Oil Delivery Account:
To initially setup your account please use the following:
- User = Email address that was originally provided to setup your account with Valley Propane & Fuels.
- Password = City/Town (this should be from your primary billing address with the first letter capitalized) + your main account number (this is a 3-6 digit number; do not use -001, -002, etc. for the sub accounts)
- Once you have completed the initial setup the system will allow you to change your password to an individual user defined one.
